Andrew Banks
Recruitment & HR entrepreneur
Seasons 1-4
Andrew co-founded recruitment giant Morgan & Banks, which grew to 1,600 staff before merging into what became Talent2. A trained actor turned entrepreneur, he is the people-and-management shark, betting on founders and teams as much as on the product.
